Adawnstyle takes pride in guaranteeing the delivery of your parcel.
We take pride in our excellent delivery record with successful deliveries using Australia Post to all countries including Australia..

We will ship your goods as soon as possible once we receive your payment.

Delivery of your goods can be expected as follows

Downloads: Immediately on payment clearance

Within Australia : 14 days but usually less than

All other Countries : up to 28 days but usually less than

 

Please note that there are some times postal delays that are out of our hands and the customs in your country may hold up your parcels, this is unusual but it does happen. These things are out of the control of Adawnstyle.

Airmail parcels for International customers..
International Parcels are shipped using Airmail through Australia Post. You can check the postage costs in your cart before progressing to checkout.

Airmail parcels for Australian customers..
All parcels are sent through Australia Post and tracking is available for a small increased fee

Important Note: The United Kingdom, European countries and some other regions may be subject to taxes on imports from Australia. It is entirely at the discretion of your government - visit the customs department or government post office website for your country for further information

Adawnstyle uses the formula of weight and country for physical products to attain the cost of your postage which you will be able to see in checkout before you commit


Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at returns@adawnstyle.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please note by not contacting us within this time frame we may not be able to assist you in the replacement of your items or refunds of any monies - whichever is appropriate at the time.
We strive for customer satisfaction and know that in life things may not be quite right - so if there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact us and you can be guaranteed to receive friendly personable and helpful replies in our endeavors to deal with the issue to your satisfaction.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the item is being returned and the code we will give you when you first contact us. All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging. 
We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all refunds or we offer a 100% store credit (minus S&H) for the returned items. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
